NOTE: This registration page is only for people wishing to attend the Saturday workshop (or the workshop and dinner meeting for one great price)! If you would like to attend Gail's dinner meeting presentation only, please RSVP on our Dinner Reservations page. Thanks.

Note that there is limited seating for the workshop and registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis; you must complete this registration form and submit your payment through PayPal (see link below) to complete the reservation. Reservations for the workshop must be completed individually.

Please note that should you wish to cancel after completing your registration, a $5 fee will apply to any cancelled registrations prior to Nov. 9th. We will be unable to process any refund requests after Friday, Nov. 9th However, if you cannot attend, another person may attend in your place at any time at no additional charge.
Workshops are $18 each for MMC Members, $23 for non-members. Payment must be made online to complete your registration. (There is a $12 discount on the dinner meeting if you attend a workshop.) Registration will open soon to reserve your space!
AND, if you become an MMC member (or renew your membership) at the workshop, you will be entered into a raffle for free registration to the NCTM Annual meeting in Chicago on April 1-4.
